Great Heavens is a collection of varying Styles and Media.  My painting styles continually evolve and change.  I think its what keeps me most interested in art. The endless possibilities.  My color and composition tend to remain the same as the inspiration yet the technique used expresses the overall feeling of a scene. The underlying texture of drips may suggest rain or turbulence where as quick, loose brush strokes may express a fleeting moment. Large simple forms are used to produce a calming atmospheric feel while greater details tend to draw the viewer into the painting to explore further.
